Charter income helps cover running costs, while you continue to use your yacht yourself whenever you like.

Since 2014, we have chartered, sold and managed hand-picked motor yachts in Croatia and the Mediterranean — deliberately as a close-knit team rather than a global corporation with rotating contacts. Our team knows every yacht in the fleet personally — the same care applies to yachts that owners entrust to us for chartering.

What exactly is included in the charter management programme?

Can I still use my yacht myself?
Yes. You decide how many owner weeks you want to use per season — we professionally charter the rest of the time.
What costs do I bear as an owner?
That depends on the agreed programme and your yacht. In the initial conversation you'll receive an individual quote rather than generic figures.
Roughly how high are a yacht's ongoing running costs?
As a rough industry benchmark, annual running costs (crew, berth, insurance, maintenance) amount to around 10% of the yacht's value — the exact figure depends heavily on size, age and usage. Charter income can cover part of it.
In which regions do you charter?
Our focus is the Croatian Adriatic with our home port in Šibenik, plus charter routes across the wider Mediterranean.
Does my yacht have to be based in Croatia?
Our core operation is D-Marin Mandalina in Šibenik — the only deep-water marina on the Croatian Adriatic for superyachts. We discuss other locations individually.
Who takes care of the crew?
We handle recruitment, scheduling and ongoing management of the crew for your yacht.
How long does a management contract run?
