Terms & Conditions

The terms governing the use of our website and services.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website operated by Splendid Yachting AG (“Splendid Yachting”, “we”, “us”) and the general framework of our services. By using this website you accept these terms.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website splendidyachting.com and to information requests submitted through it. Charter bookings, yacht sales and brokerage services are subject to a separate written agreement concluded individually with the respective client; the present terms do not in themselves constitute a charter or sales contract.

2. Use of the Website

The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability, nor to use it in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.

3. Services and Enquiries

Yacht presentations, specifications, availability and prices shown on this website are non-binding and serve as an invitation to make an enquiry. A binding contract is only formed upon a separate written charter or purchase agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to adjust offers, specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Charter Contracts

Each yacht charter is governed by an individual charter agreement that sets out the vessel, charter period, price, payment schedule, security deposit, insurance, crew arrangements, cancellation conditions and the rights and obligations of the parties. In the event of any conflict, the individual charter agreement prevails over these website terms.

5. Prices and Information

While we take great care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, we give no warranty as to its completeness, correctness or timeliness. Images are for illustration and may differ from the actual vessel or service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, video, logos and design — is the property of Splendid Yachting AG or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution or use requires our prior written consent.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Splendid Yachting AG accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to, use of, or inability to use this website, or from technical faults. References and links to third-party websites lie outside our control and we accept no responsibility for their content.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and international treaties. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is the registered office of Splendid Yachting AG in Wollerau, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.

9. Severability

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the intended economic purpose.
