The AB 80 is a 25.4-metre (83-foot) open sport yacht built in Italy by AB Yachts, part of the Next Yacht Group. The most compact model in the range, she pairs a full-carbon-fibre hull with MJP water-jet propulsion to reach 54 knots — placing her among the fastest yachts of her size in the world.
Below the sleek, low-slung profile are four cabins for up to nine guests, served by a crew of three. The open main deck flows from a sun-soaked foredeck to a sheltered saloon and an aft beach area at the waterline, giving the AB 80 the sociable, sun-chasing character that defines the marque.
Twin MAN V12 engines drive a pair of MJP water jets, so there are no propellers or shafts beneath the hull.
