A yacht is an effective place to bring a small team together: no lobby, no interruptions, a shared experience a boardroom can't match. For incentives and rewards, a week on the kroatischen Adria is a memorable, premium gesture.
These are intimate settings, not conference ships. Our crewed motor yachts host up to 12 Gäste overnight depending on the yacht — best suited to leadership offsites, partner rewards and close teams.
What’s actually included
We're clear about what a yacht can and can't be for a team. Our motor yachts carry a professional crew that scales with size — a skipper and hostess on smaller boats, a fuller crew on larger ones. Wi-Fi is available on most yachts but can be limited in remote anchorages, so we plan around it. For large groups or full conferences a yacht isn't the right tool, and we'll tell you so before you book.

What Works on Board
Informal working sessions, meals together, swimming and shore excursions between stops. Connectivity varies by yacht and location — Wi-Fi is available on most yachts but can be limited in remote bays, so we plan the route around it.
